Lofty to Tactical

In the long run…

Having a big fitness goals is important.

It serves as a roadmap to guide our efforts…

But too often…

The goal isn’t specific enough.

Many of us want to “lose twenty pounds”…

Or “get healthier”…

But that isn’t tactical…

What we need are daily healthy habits

That align with our big goals.

But can also act as instructions.

These can be a lot of things…

Commit to walking every day…

Strength training three days a week…

Or hiking on the weekends.

So set big fitness goals…

But plan and execute in healthy actions.

Do let that big goal sit out there…

Without a strategy in how to make it happen.

Think about your healthy actions this week…

And what fits best for where you are in life…

As always…

Remember to Trust the Process & Love the Progress.
