If you’re having trouble…

Working thirty minutes of exercise into your routine…

Exercise Snacks might be the answer.

These are short bursts of exercise…

Anywhere from thirty seconds to a few minutes…

That helps get movement and activity into your day.

Even though these are quick sessions…

They still capture the health benefits of a normal workout.

Which includes an elevated metabolism…

Increased energy levels…

Enhanced productivity…

And improved overall fitness.

So what do exercise snacks look like?

They involve office-friendly movements like:

  • Stair Climbing
  • Chair Squats
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Pushups
  • Lunges

This isn’t a complete list…

But these are the easiest to begin with.

If you already climb the stairs…

You can up the speed or how often you climb them.

The rest can be done at your workstation.

Use reminders in your phone or on your computer to remind you…

Or use the buddy system and do them with a co-worker.

And as always…

Remember to Trust the Process and Love the Progress.
